Job Description

Zing Recruiting has partnered with a global leader in automation, robotics, and CNC systems to find a Customer Administrator to join their team in Hoffman Estates, IL . This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative organization that helps manufacturers improve productivity, efficiency, and quality through advanced technology solutions.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain and update accurate customer data in Oracle.
Audit and correct records, including duplicate entries and data errors.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Research and verify customer information through internal systems and communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data consistency and resolve system issues.
Support system updates, migrations, and data validation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
Provide reporting, process improvement feedback, and training on data management best practices.

Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of customer service experience and experience with Oracle Applications preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and technology-based tools.
Ability to manage electronic and paper records while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
