Director of Business Development

What You Will Be Doing The Director of Business Development (DBD) at TPT Digital will lead and grow a team of account executives, increase overall revenue, and foster an environment of delivering excellence for client partners. Key responsibilities include: Develop an in‑depth understanding of TPT Digital’s capabilities and competitive advantages. Grow and develop a high‑performing account executive team. Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope. Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure projects are handled with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment, and capable of managing a high degree of accountability. Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in a client‑facing role or business development position. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑starter with a high degree of accountability. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
