SecondLook Health is a physician-led software company based in San Mateo, California. We sell enterprise software to workers' compensation carriers and TPAs. Our platform reads the medical records in a claim and gives the claims and medical teams a structured clinical analysis to work from.

This role requires direct experience selling to workers' compensation carriers, TPAs or health plans.

The job

\n

\n
• Book first meetings with claims and medical leaders at workers' comp carriers and TPAs.
\n
• Work industry conferences with our CEO: the booth, the dinners and the follow-up.
\n
• Run discovery calls and product demos.
\n
• Work each enterprise deal with the CEO from first meeting to signature.
\n
• Report what buyers tell you, so the product and the pitch get better.

What you've done

\n

\n
• 5+ years in a sales or business development job with a quota, selling directly to workers' compensation carriers, TPAs or health plans, including within the last three years.
\n
• Personally closed deals worth $100,000 or more a year with a carrier, TPA, health plan or other insurance buyer.
\n
• Built your own pipeline through outbound outreach and events, with numbers you can show us.
\n
• Worked at a company with fewer than about 200 people.
\n

Pay

\n

$130K to $170K base, $210K to $290K on-target earnings, plus equity.

\n

\n

Location

\n

Remote, US, with conference travel.

\n
