Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support their title operations. This brand-new role will focus on reviewing and processing documentation for title companies, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify title-related documents, including ALTA statements and other closing paperwork.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly filed.
  • Approve or escalate additional paperwork as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, scanning, and document organization.
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and external title partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience required; experience in title, real estate, or mortgage industries preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

The base pay range for this position is $21–$22 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
