Business Development Consultant

Building and expanding strategic relationships with financial professionals, the full-time remote Business Development Consultant will drive sales efforts, manage territory execution, and deliver tailored solutions to enhance partner engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, and institutional partners while executing territory strategy Proactively uncover new business opportunities and manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline tracking and proposal development Provide expert guidance on retirement solutions and conduct presentations to enhance partner engagement Required Qualifications Experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive new business growth Strong understanding of retirement plan design and solutions Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales activities Ability to conduct presentations and represent the company at industry events
