A prestigious financial firm is seeking a top-performing Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's most dynamic and high-performing Partners. This is not your average EA role — this is a high-stakes, high-visibility position at the intersection of strategy, execution, and excellence.

As the right-hand to a senior Partner, you'll be the gatekeeper, strategist, and problem-solver , ensuring their day runs seamlessly so they can focus on driving the business forward.

Manage an ever-changing, fast-paced calendar across multiple time zones
Coordinate complex travel (private/commercial, international/domestic) with precision
Prepare and handle confidential materials and investor communications
Liaise with senior stakeholders, investors, and internal teams
Anticipate needs before they arise — you’re always three steps ahead
Take initiative on projects, research, and operational tasks
Thrive in a high-performance culture where excellence is the standard
3+ years supporting senior executive at a professional services firm
Discretion and professionalism with high-level confidential information
