Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy during virtual sessions.

• Provide therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while adhering to our organization’s policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging various expertise to enhance client care and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a part of Big East Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, many of whom have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
