Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver compassionate individual mental health counseling to clients via video chat.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to build personalized therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans, aligning with established therapeutic goals and client progress.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional responses and behavioral patterns, fostering self-awareness and healthier relationships.

• Continuously monitor the client's progress throughout the treatment, adjusting approaches as necessary to support their development of effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care for stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. Many of our clients may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, or stress management, and they rely on your expertise to help them navigate their mental health journeys. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in their quality of life by providing tailored care and support.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid, independent practice license: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a supportive nature towards clients.
\n
• Strong proficiency with technology and computer systems, ensuring ease of use in remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community health setting or a strength-based, client-centered therapeutic approach is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth systems and best practices for virtual counseling will be advantageous to your success in this role.

• A competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on your level of experience and the number of hours worked.
