Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment that encourages clients to explore their experiences and emotions safely.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and contributing to case management discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health laws and ethical considerations surrounding practice.

• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to build rapport with a diverse client base.
