Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Garland, TX team. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes. Qualifications Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy. Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.
