In this telehealth setting, you will join a collaborative team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed therapists, dedicated to providing integrative care. Our remote structure promotes work-life balance and allows for flexible scheduling within normal business hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have a variety of responsibilities that directly impact client outcomes. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide treatment.

• Educating clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to ensure continued improvement and alignment with their goals.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment pathways.

• Staying informed on the latest research and evolving best practices in mood disorder treatment to facilitate the highest standard of care.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health.

• Advocating for clients by promoting understanding and reducing stigma associated with mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will center around individuals experiencing mood disorders, including a spectrum of conditions from mild anxiety to severe debilitating depression. This role requires sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by clients in this population and a commitment to empowering them through compassionate care and effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT and DBT, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology to ensure effective collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on mood disorders is strongly preferred, showcasing a track record of delivering effective treatment outcomes and a deep understanding of client-centered care principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
