You will work primarily during standard business hours, typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' histories and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their trauma processing and skill-building for coping.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive, integrated patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
