We grow fast – and are looking for experienced SaaS Account Managers (m/w/d) who will strategically develop existing customers, drive expansions, and deliver real business outcomes.
In this role, you will take over an existing portfolio in the DACH market, identify revenue potentials, and execute data-driven account plans that increase retention, expansion, and product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor at the C-level, work closely with internal stakeholders, and ensure sustainable growth.

Your Mission:
Strategic Portfolio Development: You will manage a scalable customer portfolio with a focus on expansion, retention, renewals, and value creation.
Drive SaaS Growth: You will proactively identify cross- and upselling potentials based on usage data, business goals, and market trends.
Results through Insights: You will use CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, ChurnZero) to make data-driven decisions and derive action recommendations.
Customer Success with Depth: You will conduct business reviews, build executive alignment, and develop tailored success plans.
Close Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: You will be the interface between customers and our teams in sales, implementation, support, and product.
Voice of the Customer: You will actively incorporate customer feedback to develop our SaaS platform further.
What You Bring:
At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or consultative sales
Proven success in increasing revenue in the existing customer base (upselling, expansion, renewals, churn reduction)
Independent, proactive working style with a strong ownership mindset
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at management and C-level and convey value
Analytical thinking and experience with CRM, BI, and customer engagement tools
Fluent German and proficient English in writing and speaking
