Job Title: Strategic Accounts BD Leader-Senior Director/VP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Accounts BD Leader and driven to lead and grow our strategic partnerships with key global customers in North America, including semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech and other industry leaders. The Leader will be identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth by aligning customer needs with company solutions.
• Develop account strategies, business plans, and sales forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies to provide insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic/global accounts in North America.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
