Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree from an accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off. Additionally, therapists will receive compensation for no-shows and late cancellations, ensuring financial stability. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available to facilitate your onboarding process.
