As a remote position based out of Baker City, Oregon, this role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to a supportive team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing screening tools and interviews to gather necessary information.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Continuously document patient medical and psychological histories, assessment results, treatment progress, and any modifications to treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate referrals for clients to community-based resources such as substance abuse programs, domestic violence shelters, and support groups.

• Educate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to address clients’ psychosocial stressors, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Engage in regular professional development experiences and participate in team meetings to share insights and learn best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will involve working closely with various demographics, ensuring inclusive and culturally competent care. In addition, you will be equipped with resources and training to address complex issues such as domestic violence and child maltreatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, treatment techniques, and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
