Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with numerous vital responsibilities:

• Diagnosing mental health conditions in accordance with the DSM V standards, using comprehensive assessment tools.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines for diverse diagnoses.

• Providing various therapeutic options such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy, tailored to individual client needs.

• Leading clinical oversight for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring consistent implementation of treatment interventions.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community organizations, developing integrated care plans that enable holistic treatment.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies during urgent client situations, assessing immediate needs and coordinating appropriate support services.

• Conducting initial intake sessions with new clients, performing comprehensive Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to establish treatment baselines.

• Providing ongoing education and training on relevant clinical topics to internal teams and the broader community as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals, with a particular focus on mothers and families from underrepresented backgrounds. The therapist will address various mental health challenges while remaining sensitive to individual life experiences and socio-economic factors. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

Compensation and Benefits\n
