Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility and convenience for both counselors and clients. Using secure telehealth platforms, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The role allows for a perfect work-life balance, enabling counselors to engage with clients in a comfortable setting—either their homes or anywhere they feel at ease.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth systems, collecting crucial information to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of your clients, taking into consideration various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and emotional support techniques to assist clients in distress during remote sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Oregon, with eligibility for reciprocity considered.
