HR Recruiter

Gofo Inc is hiring an HR Recruiter in Carteret, NJ (onsite) to support full-cycle recruiting and candidate evaluation. Responsibilities Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and role fit. Source and attract candidates using recruitment platforms and social media. Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies aligned to their needs. Complete reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Assist with negotiating job offers and developing competitive compensation packages. Support employee evaluation processes and respond to HR inquiries with clear, patient communication. Support onboarding activities and recruitment initiatives, including helping coordinate new hire onboarding. Assist with employee evaluation-related work and communicate outcomes and HR updates to stakeholders. Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience range listed: 0-2 years in recruitment or HR (HR experience is a plus) and/or 1-2 years of recruitment/HR-related work. Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite . Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset to handle employee questions effectively. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes. Solid understanding of employee evaluation processes. Effective negotiation skills for job offers and compensation discussions. Strong familiarity with relevant labor and employment laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Human Resources Management , Industrial and Organizational Psychology , Business Administration , Communication Studies , or related fields.
