This full-time remote position offers an attractive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and hours worked. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through a secure video chat platform, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach in every interaction.

• Implementing solution-based treatment modalities to effectively facilitate individualized counseling tailored to each client’s needs.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients’ progress and adapt to their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Helping clients gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships to foster personal growth and self-awareness.

• Monitoring the progress of clients throughout the treatment process, while actively assisting them in developing coping strategies and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Helping Hands Counseling, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A current, unrestricted license in Washington State to practice independently as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory.

• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered, and candidates must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine empathetic nature are essential for this role.

• Proficiency in digital tools and strong computer literacy skills are required to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is required, with specific experience in providing telehealth services being highly desirable.
