Materials Coordinator

Overview Job Title: Materials Coordinator Location: Sandy Springs, GA Hours/Schedule: 8am-5pm Type: Contract Responsibilities Coordinates with Quality Assurance and Operations the processing of lot release of inventory items in Visual Vault. Coordinates with Operations the monthly freight shipments to contract manufacturers and inspects shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment. Primary contact for warehouse deliveries and shipments of components to contract manufacturers. Supports material transference needs of other departments within the organization (R&D and marketing samples). Processes finishing WO by creating material packing lists required and completes the issuance of components (Visual Vault) to production upon Quality verification. Requirements Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
