Account Clerk - West Palm Beach - Viking Utility

Viking Utility Services, a Danella Company, is a full-service licensed electrical contractor specializing in the installation and repair of underground utilities such as power and communication infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

• Enter daily production as estimated revenue for field crews

• Prepare daily cost analysis spreadsheets for divisions and make corrections as necessary

• Compare estimated revenue with actual billing (and address discrepancies)

• Prepare actual revenue & cost reports for each division for weekly division meetings

• Populate crew production and profitability reports

• Post daily customer deposits

• Monitor AR for divisions and address aging unpaid

• Monitor aging jobs on WIP and assist with accrual

• Assist with financial aspects for special projects

• Provide cost reports for division billing

• Review, approve, enter AP

• Support Accounting Division

Qualifications – Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in a clerical or financial operations role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Schedule :

• Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday. 

• In-office.

• Overtime as needed.

Compensation :

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Based on experience.
