Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our fast paced commercial real estate development team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily bookkeeping and administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. * Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries * Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable * Reconcile 30+ bank statements and company accounts * Process invoices, payments, and expense reports * Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements * End of month account and bank reconciliations * End of year tenant reconciliations * Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation * Monitor cash flow and budget tracking * Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents * Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as creating reports, invoices, bills and reconciling in Quickbooks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently while taking initiative are essential for success in this role. Integrity and trustworthiness are a must in this position.
