Our outpatient office serves as a resource hub for therapists to engage in training, team meetings, and peer collaboration when required. Key Responsibilities\n \n Establish and maintain trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue. \n Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual client needs. \n Craft personalized treatment plans that account for the unique circumstances of each client, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments and feedback. \n Conduct regular therapy sessions, providing individual and group counseling, and facilitating communication and understanding among family members when appropriate. \n Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, documenting findings and modifying treatment strategies in collaboration with clients. \n Facilitate referrals to other specialists, when necessary, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complete spectrum of clients’ emotional and psychological needs. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role encompasses a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LMFT, you will assist clients of all ages—adults, children, and families—navigating their unique challenges and promoting healthy interpersonal dynamics. Your commitment to a client-centered approach will empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. Qualifications\n \n An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and a strong understanding of family systems theory. \n Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience providing individual and group therapy sessions is highly desirable. \n Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy practices is a plus. \n Experience in community mental health services or outpatient therapy settings would be advantageous. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
