Role Overview

The Solutions Consultant is a client-facing pre-sales expert who partners with Account Executives to drive land-and-expand strategies across our existing customer base. This role focuses on demonstrating product value, increasing platform adoption across Prism and ancillary systems, and tailoring solutions that align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Excellence

• Own custom product demonstrations from discovery through delivery, showcasing Prism and ancillary product capabilities
• Develop and maintain industry-specific demonstration environments that reflect real-world client use cases
• Conduct value-based presentations for technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Support Account Executives in identifying expansion opportunities and articulating ROI to drive adoption

Product Expertise & Client Engagement

• Maintain deep knowledge of the Prism platform, ancillary systems, product roadmap, and competitive positioning
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to understand how existing clients use the platform
• Translate client usage patterns and business challenges into tailored solution presentations that demonstrate expansion value
• Identify and document product enhancement requests and gaps based on client feedback

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Product Management to stay current on roadmap developments and communicate updates to Sales
• Provide usage insights and competitive intelligence to support ongoing sales strategies
• Contribute to product evolution by providing feedback based on market needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of pre-sales or solutions consulting experience with SaaS products
• Proven ability to create and deliver compelling custom demonstrations that drive deals forward
• Strong business process analysis skills with ability to map solutions to client needs
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• API integration knowledge or technical fluency (beneficial)
• Commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management experience (a plus but not required)
• Track record of contributing to high renewal and expansion rates through proactive client engagement
• Ability to do business presentations in Spanish (optional)

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
