Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Because we carefully screen and match clients to therapists, you will often work with individuals aligned with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences. This robust client screening process helps ensure you are meeting with clients who are ready and willing to engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

In order to succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently—options include either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted, nor should there be disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and interpersonal relationship-building.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to facilitate remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience providing counseling in a telehealth environment and familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities will be viewed favorably. Additionally, a background in working with underrepresented or underserved populations can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on hours worked. Benefits include:
