Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in program planning and organization of mental health services that cater specifically to high-risk patients, tailoring interventions based on individual assessments.

• Document clinical notes and progress reports accurately and promptly, adhering to department policies to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments, ensuring alignment with evidence-based social work practices, including discharge planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
