Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

THIS IS FOR W2 CANDIDATES ONLY Position: Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer Location: Columbus, Ohio Duration: 12 months Contract (possibility of an extension) Interview: Onsite Responsibilities: Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks. Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences. Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks. Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities. Ensure technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions. Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications. Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications. Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment. Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
