Position Title: Security Officer Licensed TWIC Patrol Driver (Deer Park, TX) Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Fri: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or conditions requiring a security-related response. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor requirements, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity according to post orders and site policies. Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with security-related procedures during routine operations, deliveries, and/or site events. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A TSA issued TWIC is required. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
