We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Gleam Skin Wellness Center in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patient conditions using comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in consultation with the supervising physician, ensuring adherence to professional guidelines.
• Perform dermatological procedures including but not limited to biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapies with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Manage daily patient interactions effectively, seeing 30 or more patients each day while maintaining accurate documentation within our EMA Electronic Health Record system.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that enhances patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a varied patient population, including individuals seeking treatment for medical skin conditions as well as those interested in cosmetic enhancements. This role will directly impact patient quality of life by addressing their concerns with both empathy and expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), specializing in dermatology or a related field.
• Active Nurse Practitioner state license in Georgia.
• Board certification as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (DNP-BC) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dermatology or a closely related specialty.
• Knowledge of dermatological treatments, skin conditions, and relevant medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in patient interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly documenting in EMA.
• Demonstrable ability to provide patient-centered care while educating patients on skin health and treatment options.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage your workflow and high patient load.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing clinical environment while maintaining clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 125,000 to 190,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
