Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial examinations, including physical assessments and patient history evaluations to identify cardiovascular issues.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and blood work, ensuring timely communication of results to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices, focusing on patient-centered care for cardiac conditions.
• Monitor and maintain medical equipment essential for performing diagnostic tests and patient assessments.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care measures.
• Record and update patient medical histories accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring all information is current for optimal care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for appropriate referrals and continuity of care, promoting comprehensive patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will work primarily with adults suffering from cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and other related conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to 160,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
