Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Littleton, ColoradoExciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make a lasting impact in an elementary school environment near Littleton, CO. This contract position offers the chance to support an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom serving students primarily in grades 1 through 5. Working closely with an experienced team of paraprofessionals, you will bring consistency, stability, and expert behavioral interventions to a group of wonderful and unique learners.Key Qualifications:Active BCBA certification requiredExperience supporting students with ASD in a school setting preferredAbility to provide both direct behavioral support and effective mentorship to paraprofessionals and aspiring educatorsComfort with occasional physical support, including diapering and hands-on assistance as neededStrong collaborative skills and commitment to fostering a positive, structured learning environmentMust successfully complete background check and fingerprinting per district requirementsRole Responsibilities:Serve as lead behavioral specialist in one of two ASD classrooms, primarily with older elementary studentsCollaborate with and provide guidance to paraprofessionals, including mentoring an aspiring teacherDevelop and implement individualized data-driven behavioral interventions and supportsEngage in co-regulation and deliver consistent structure in the classroom to establish a stable, nurturing environmentCommunicate effectively with colleagues, students, and school administration to align on best practices for student supportThis opportunity is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week, and expected to continue through the end of the academic year.
