Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: Plantation, FL 33324
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a professional property management team in Plantation, FL. This position is responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate resident account records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities:

Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a professional property management team in Plantation, FL. This position is responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate resident account records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities:
- Process and post payments accurately to resident ledgers
- Process ownership changes and update account information
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation
- Ensure account records are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Respond to emails and account-related inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Provide professional customer service to residents and internal stakeholders
- Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally via email and phone
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting
