Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We are proud to promote a nurturing environment where therapists can form pivotal relationships with clients, facilitating deeper understanding and more effective therapeutic interventions. With a maximum of eight clients per group session, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful work that fosters sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Valid and active state licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. We also welcome junior-licensed team members and provide supervision to ensure professional growth.

• Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract or W2 employment arrangement.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young populations.
\n
• Adeptness in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with previous experience working with adolescents and young adults in a remote setting, particularly in group therapy or telehealth environments, will be given preference. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and therapeutic modalities related to mental health and substance use will also enhance your application.
