Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an Independent Contractor, efficiently managing a diverse caseload of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs and develop tailored intervention strategies to address their unique challenges.

• Provide ongoing counseling and psychotherapy sessions, delivering evidence-based therapeutic approaches that encourage mental and emotional growth.

• Research and identify relevant community resources, connecting clients with additional support systems when necessary.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate cultural competence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Regularly consult with other health care professionals to ensure holistic care and share insights on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on senior clients, addressing various mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will allow you to provide specific support to this demographic, helping them navigate physical, emotional, and psychological challenges as they age. Additionally, you will contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
