Job Description and Duties This 12‑month Limited Term position (possible extension or permanent conversion) supports CDPH’s mission by coordinating Program Support Division (PSD) training activities, managing PSD SharePoint and intranet resources, and supporting Operational Support Services (OSS) project and process improvement efforts. Under the direction of the Supervisor I of the Policy, Training and Administrative Services (PTAS) Unit, the Analyst II develops and supports PSD training, manages intranet and SharePoint content, and assists with OSS operational projects. Key responsibilities include: Creating training materials Coordinating logistics with subject‑matter experts Communicating training opportunities to PSD staff Conducting research and analysis to support training development Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual training assessment reports to inform future training needs The Analyst II works under the general direction of the Supervisor I of the PTAS Unit. The position is subject to the state’s Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025 with a 3% base pay reduction in exchange for paid leave credits through June 2027. Salary ranges indicated in this posting do not reflect that reduction.
