Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify clients' therapeutic needs and develop tailored counseling strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, to support client goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering open communication and providing a non-judgmental safe space.

• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards by accurately recording clinical notes and evaluations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively formulate treatment plans and share insights about client progress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance throughout your practice.
