Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, laying the groundwork for effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that define client-specific goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients’ understanding of their mental health challenges and coping strategies within a supportive peer environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
