Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create robust treatment plans that guide clients towards their goals.

• Document ongoing progress through detailed case notes and treatment plan reviews, adhering to company policies and best practices.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions as required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel heard and understood, while efficiently collaborating with various professionals to address their needs.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients, encouraging them to achieve and surpass their treatment goals.

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
