Key Responsibilities\n

• Reporting directly to the Social Work Manager, you will evaluate and diagnose students with diverse psychosocial challenges, developing strategic treatment plans to promote their mental well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment and facilitate timely interventions to enhance student outcomes.
\n
• Utilize a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including both individual and group therapy, to deliver tailored care that meets the unique needs of each student.

• Document all social work activities in accordance with departmental standards to ensure quality and compliance in patient records.
\n
• Provide educational resources and guidance to students and their families to promote understanding and adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

• Stay informed about available community resources and refer students and families to appropriate services that support their journeys towards recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development to sharpen your skills and knowledge, staying current with best practices and trends in mental healthcare.

• Assist in advocacy efforts for patients, focusing on self-determination and empowerment within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on addressing the mental health needs of students across various age groups within the school setting. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to foster an environment that supports mental wellness, while addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral disorders. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will inspire each student to reach their highest level of psychosocial functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
