Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans informed by in-depth psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct thorough assessments and implement tailored interventions for clients, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in accordance with department policy.

• Provide counseling and initiate crisis intervention strategies, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients during therapy sessions.

• Engage with families and support systems to discuss treatment options and plans for the client’s discharge, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support post-treatment.

• Utilize electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms effectively to document progress and communicate with clients, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents, which requires a specialized understanding of their unique developmental stages and the impact of trauma on their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating independence and competence in social work practices.

• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.

• Experience with telehealth and the ability to navigate various electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
