Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation JC-519597 - Labor Relations Analyst $5,188.00 - $7,816.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 6/11/2026 Application Methods: Electronic (via your CalCareer Account) or Mail Drop-off Job Type: 12-Month Limited Term – may be extended or become permanent Work Location: 1900 Birkmont Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento County) – hybrid telework available; must report to the office at least 4 days per week Work Hours: Monday – Friday Working Conditions Travel throughout California to institutions and other locations. Hybrid telework is allowed, but the successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. Minimum Requirements Eligible for new-to-state candidates: minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Responsibilities Notifies and meets with labor organizations regarding changes within the department. Provides guidance and consultation on labor-related issues, including employee grievances and complaints, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitration. Assists with labor relations training. Interprets and negotiates labor contracts. Participates in related court litigation and arbitration.
