Partner Success
Onboard new recruiting partners, guiding them through setup and best practices to drive engagement and results.
Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing timely, solutions-oriented support.
Monitor partner activity and performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes and deepen engagement.
Develop and maintain resources and documentation that empower partners to maximize their platform usage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to surface partner feedback and inform platform improvements.
Identify at-risk partners and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and strengthen long-term relationships.
Track and report on key success metrics, contributing to scalable operational processes within the partner program.
1 to 6 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
Proven ability to manage external partnerships or accounts end-to-end with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professional stakeholders confidently.
Operationally minded, capable of managing multiple priorities while tracking performance data and executing processes consistently.
Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a fully remote work environment.
Experience within a marketplace, SaaS, or recruiting-adjacent platform.
Familiarity with the recruiting industry, either as a recruiter or in a supporting role.
Contributions to partner program development or onboarding processes are a plus.
Exposure to CRM or customer success tools used for tracking partner health and engagement.
