Key Responsibilities Provide thorough and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video conferencing, ensuring a safe environment for clients to discuss their concerns. Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary. Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based modalities to support their therapeutic journey. Guide clients in cultivating effective coping mechanisms, proficient communication strategies, and problem-solving skills, ensuring they feel empowered in their personal growth. Document clinical interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our center primarily serves low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. You will engage with clients who are often navigating life transitions, stress management, and emotional regulation. By focusing on a stable client base, you can establish meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote lasting change and resilience. Qualifications A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. A current state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, confirming your capability to provide independent counseling without supervision. Impeccable ethical standards, with no disciplinary actions on your professional record. Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with proficiency in technology applications relevant to remote therapy. A stable and secure internet connection to ensure consistent availability for client sessions. Preferred Experience Experience incorporating telehealth elements into practice and familiarity with various online platforms. Proven ability to create and execute personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments. A track record of fostering strong therapeutic alliances and achieving positive outcomes in previous roles. Compensation and Benefits At Daybreak Counseling Center, we recognize the value of our team members and offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on hours worked and caseload.
