Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy strategies for clients based on their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, groups, couples, and families, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care, addressing both mental health and associated social issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Your work will primarily involve providing services to a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals and families facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical issues in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on your experience and caseload capacity.
