Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, focusing particularly on mood disorders, relationship dynamics, and family systems.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), structural family therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, different treatment alternatives, and implement self-care strategies to support their mental health.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research on mood disorders and therapeutic techniques to continually refine and improve treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clients’ privacy is always preserved.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
