Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to clients via telehealth, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and intake interviews to determine mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Regularly update and implement personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with local mental health regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and deliver holistic treatment.

• Stay abreast of current trends, regulations, and resources in mental health to ensure compliance and the highest standard of client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients as needed, ensuring that they have a safe space to discuss their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted license as either an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in telehealth practices and the use of technology for client care.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining client documentation and treatment records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in crisis intervention and acute mental health assessments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
