Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to each client's unique requirements.

• Facilitating ongoing therapy sessions that may cover a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Collaborating closely with team members to provide integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to ensure clients receive well-rounded support.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating actively in professional development opportunities, including supervision, team meetings, and training sessions, to stay informed about best practices in the field.

• Engaging in outreach initiatives and community education efforts to enhance mental health awareness and improve access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve supporting individuals of various ages and cultures, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will play a crucial role in identifying the barriers they face and guiding them towards pathways of healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Strong skills in assessment, treatment plan development, and delivery of evidence-based therapy.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Successful candidates will also possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
