Employer Partnerships & Workforce Development Manager

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Washington

A leading nonprofit organization in Washington, DC is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to build partnerships with employers and enhance job opportunities for clients. Responsibilities include managing employer relationships, attending job fairs, and supporting programs aimed at community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in social services and two years of relevant experience, including working with foreign-born populations.
