Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Uplands Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and individuals, developing tailored treatment plans that address specific family dynamics and mental health concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that engage both partners together and provide individual sessions as needed, ensuring effective communication and understanding among family members.

• Specialize in addressing a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict among family members, grief and loss, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and the psychological impacts of divorce and separation.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities and interventions to promote healing and resolution within families, while also evaluating progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document therapy sessions and treatment outcomes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with licensing and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
